Fantastic Customer Service!
Very impressed with the customer service received from Swell U.K. Items are dispatched very quickly and arrive the following day. One item arrived broken, however this happened in transit but the issue was resolved quickly and professionally by Swell’s customer service team. I couldn’t have asked for more. Would highly recommend this business.

Amazing a helpful
I bought a couple of viverium from these guys a couple of times before and I have never really had any trouble. The last order I made the base of the viverium was damaged due to the dilivery person and Matt (worker from swell uk) helped me get a replacement base. When it was late to get to me he kindly chased it up for me and it came a few days later. I would recommend this place for you reptiles things. Amazing staff always helpful and will help in anyway they can.

My first time using Swell. Fantastic service even when i had a problem with a bulb. It was dealt with very quickly and a new one ordered at once. Will use again.

Great Company For All Things Koi
I use this company regularly for stuff for my Koi pond, keen prices, good simple website, dependable deliveries and good customer service, I would strongly recommend them
Don't expect a quick delivery!!
Awful company to buy from online. Definitely not 1-2 days delivery. Try a week or two! Maybe more. Wish I had read the reviews!

Problem sorted fast!
I've given 4 stars because it wasn't perfect. Super fast delivery though and great staff in customer service. My package arrived labelled as 25 year not 40 year guarantee, so having spent nearly £100 I hit the roof and emailed my complaint to Swell UK. It was dealt with fast and politely by Mollie and Emily. Apparently warehouse labelling confusion to blame. I will use Swell again. Good product and prices with bad labelling.

Really pleased with Customer Service from Mark (Swell UK)
Setting up a garden pond with a waterfall for the first time was always going to be a challenge with new techniques, new tools and new technology to master at different stages in the work and almost certainly set backs and problems to try to find the answers to. My crucial questions were about size of piping to use with my Swell pump and then about
how to reduce volume and speed of water coming out! Both times I e-mailed for help from Swell UK, it was Mark who got back to me quickly with links to the products I needed in each case and who provided clear information on how to set things up to solve the problem and help me move forward my project with certainty. I really appreciate this aspect of Swell UK's Customer Service. Many thanks Mark.
AWFUL company when you have an issue
AWFUL company when you have an issue, receieved damaged and ripped items, let them know within 24 hours, claimed they did not get this msg. asked me (disabled woman) to retrieve packaging from bin as they not got pictures and i do not keep copies of emails sent. then because i used i small discount code, they refunded (after a week of phone calls, emails going missing and stress) MINUS the discount code. Absolute joke, shall never order from them again

Avoid at all costs
Ordered a nearly £1,000 filter from swell. The order confirmation said 1 - 2 days delivery. One week later the item has still not arrived and depending who I speak to one their customer service team the item is either in transit or still in their warehouse. Now trying to cancel my order, yet they seem to be ignoring my instruction and instead repeatedly sending me contradicting order status updates. Will never use this company again. One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with.

Had a dilemma with my pond pump … Emily you’re a super star
Had a dilemma with my pond pump and couldn’t get a spare part for it , Emily was amazing not only was she very kind she went above and beyond and managed to find the part I needed which saved me having to buy a whole new pump. Emily you’re a credit to your company keep up the fantastic job your doing ??

Immediate replacement sent for a filter damaged in transit - replacement arrived the following day with no cost return label for the original.

Do not buy from swell uk
I got a pump from swell uk when putting it in the pond I receive a mild electric shock when I contacted them they said its because it is switched on when I’m placing it in the pond and it’s just negative earth so I’ve asked people on a koi group and they have all said that you should never get a shock from the pump no matter if it’s on or not and not to use it so now I’m stuck with a pump I am worried about using and swell won’t help. Will never buy from them again
